What documents will I need to provide?
- A completed ACORD 130 form
- One of the following two:
- Your currently valued loss runs for the last four years OR
- The mod worksheet and currently valued loss runs for the most recent year
- A summary of the risk and the management.

What's your risk appetite?
We are currently offering workers’ comp coverage to:
- Restaurants, including:
- Quick service
- Casual
- Fine dining
- Food trucks
- Hotels, including:
- Interior door
- Boutique

- Resort-style
We are not currently offering workers’ comp to:
- Nightclubs
- Bars — no establishments with more than 50% alcohol sales

How far in advance can you receive submissions?
We are currently receiving submissions up to 90 days in advance of the effective date.
What will my commission be?
Your commission will be 12% on new business and 10% on renewal.
Do you offer dividends for insureds?
Our contracted workers’ compensation carrier is not currently offering dividends for insureds. However, we are continuing to add markets and this is something we expect to be offered in the near future.
What is the financial rating of your carriers?
We only work with carriers rated “A” or better by AM Best. Please contact us if you need additional information on specific ratings or carriers.
